Terms and Conditions

These launch terms describe the permitted use of Pixworks AI, one-time credits, generated content, and account responsibilities. Final legal copy will be reviewed before production release.

Acceptable use

Do not use Pixworks to create unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or rights-infringing content. Model requests are subject to provider content-policy enforcement.

Credits

Credits are purchased once, pre-charged before generation, and returned in full when a Pixworks generation task fails.
